It has been a tumultuous week for NeNe Leakes. The reality TV star has lost her second gig in seven days. E! News announced Wednesday that it is ending its long-running show, “Fashion Police.” The show, featuring Leakes, along with and Brad Goreski, Guillana Ransic and Melissa Rivers, was created in the ‘90s by Rivers’ late mother, comedian Joan Rivers who died during a botch surgery in 2014, and was a staple during red carpet events. “Fashion Police: The Farewell” will air Nov. 27 with a tribute to Joan Rivers.

This news comes on the heels of Leakes’ “rape” scandal a week before. Leakes was booted off of The Great Xscape Tour featuring the R&B group Xscape, Tamar Braxton and Monica, after she wished rape upon a woman in the audience during a performance in Oakland, Calif. Leakes, who was serving as the host of the tour, was booed by a heckler during her comedy routine. Leakes retaliated by telling the woman she hoped she was raped by her Uber driver.

Leakes later apologized for her remarks, writing on Facebook: “I truly regret and apologize for what I said from the stage in Oakland … Sometimes words can cut deep and hurt when you have no intentions of them doing so. As a woman and someone who has survived abuse, I regret the words that I used. I made a mistake and I should have known better. I hope people accept my deepest and sincerest apologies. I am sorry.”

Despite her heartfelt apology, Leakes was fired from the tour by Xscape. In a statement, the members, which includes Leakes’ “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star Kandi Burruss, said: “Like many, we were dismayed by the recent remarks made by our talented colleague and friend Nene Leakes. As a result, we have decided to no longer proceed with her participation on our tour. It was an unfortunate incident for which Nene has since apologized and we wish her the best as she navigates this very difficult period.”

They continued: “As strong supporters of all women, we know this decision is what is best. Our hearts go out to all female victims and we stand with you! This tour is for and about our fans and we want to provide an entertaining and enjoyable experience for every single person who attends. As always, we are grateful for the love and support and we look forward to seeing all of you at ‘The Great Xscape’ tour.”

Leakes still has a job on “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” which returns for its 10th season Nov. 5 on Bravo.
